Michael the maintenance staff is professional and courteous. Jerome in maintenance is helpful and professional. Prince is always available for the residence to help resolve difficulties and make sure the place is safe and running smoothly. Underneath the property manager Maria I have watched the decline in Residence morale. I am of full belief that Maria could use some conflict resolution classes as well as professionalism classes. Maria has difficulty in accessing emergency, from non emergencies is going to bring property values down. Water leaks cause mold and mildew which in turn makes the people who have to live here very ill. The environment that Maria has created at Park Village is liking to Donald Trump. As long as Maria continues to point fingers at other people for her own errors. Will not leave people to believe in her capabilities at managing them. The higher-ups made a poor decision when they chose her to deal with the residents at Park Village.

I wanted to make an update as we have now lived here almost a year now, Me and my wife greatly enjoy Park Village and our wonderful view of Pioneer Park. The leasing office has always been great at dealing with our maintenance requests (standard small things) and Monica specifically is always great at letting us know if there is going to be a delay (parts are on order .etc) and then giving a time table for us if there is a delay, and she is very friendly which makes the experience of living here even better. Monica definitely makes us feel at home here at Park Village.

My wife and I have been residents here for nearly 3 years and love it. Monica has been nothing but superb. She is kind, compassionate, and very responsive to us whenever we contact her. If we need help with any of the very few maintenance issues we've had, Michelle is quick to respond, friendly, and works efficiently and safely. You can often see her walking around the complex and she will always wave and say hello if she sees you. We can't say enough great things about living here.

I moved here in November and it has been a delightfully interesting experience. I met Prince at the office and gave me a tour. After weeks of looking at touring less-than-suitable units at low par complexes, I decided to view with underwhelming expectations. Prince was kind and very personable and had no problems answering my questions and if he didn’t have an answer, he always got back to me business hours or not. Def a great rep for the complex. When I viewed the 1br, I was delighted that the unit had recent renovations, LOTS OF STORAGE, great lighting in the bathroom and lots of windows as I love natural lighting. I have a storage closet and a patio which was top my list for must haves in addition to a separate linen closet AND dual closets in the bedroom. I knew this was going to be my home. My bedroom is massive and can accommodate my Knick knacks and furniture comfortably and I have more than enough space for a single person with no children. I LOVE my apartment. Now on to the first week here... my toilet was loose and wasn’t even level. My toilet was pounding the wall every time I sat and got up and I knew something wasn’t right. Michelle came same day to fix the issue within an hour. Perfect throne since then. Following after days of moving in and building furniture and setting up my WFH office, I was ready to take my first shower in the apartment. Within 5 minutes of the water running, my downstairs neighbor came pounding on the door with urgency because water was spilling into his bathroom from the ceiling..... like any decent person I apologized and called maintenance immediately. Left a voicemail and my call was returned instantly. I was greeted by Michelle first thing in the morning and she resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes. Happy tenants. Incredible service!! No apartment will EVER come without faults so these aren’t negative points to focus on, my point is that maintenance ALWAYS came immediately when ever I had an issue. For a one woman show, I’m definitely impressed and pleased with Prince and Michelle’s amazing efforts. It’s been a month and so far I’m very delighted at my experience and my unit and definitely look forward to my stay here at park village.

I really enjoy living here. My kids and I enjoy how close we are to the park and library. Apartment is really nice. The only down fall for me probably not wanting to renew my lease is the parking situation. NO ONE pulls their cars up enough to let others pass threw. I really wish the complex would put out signs letting everyone know to pull up all the way when parking. It’s getting ridiculous and it really makes living here a hassle when it shouldn’t be. There have been times where I’m trapped in the middle of parking lot, I can’t get out because there are cars hanging out all the way in the passage way. I have to literally hunt down who the car is far each time just to be able to leave ?

Anytime I have a maintenance issue she gets it fixed quick and I can honestly say I have never had such a nicer manager before. Monica actually listens to resident concerns and will get things done. Been here about 2 months now. The apartments on the inside are remodeled. The color scheme is beautiful there are a few things that werent new and they spray painted after finishings were on. This is minor stuff but if you pay attention to detail like me it might be annoying. A huge con is the showers are small. I'm 5'1 and the shower head touched the top of my head. So I have to face the shower head outward and have the water spray at me to wash my hair instead of fall on me. this is even worst for my son who is 5'7 he has to bend his head down to get the top of his head. The complex is clean has a little grass area with a ramada and baggies for your pets mess. It is also quiet with the exception of a few neighbors. Kids play outside together with out an complaints or fights which is is nice Another con is smoking is allowed on the premises. So when people smoke it comes straight in through the windows making my apartment stink and my kids cough. I do wish they would adapt to a smoke free complex like a lot of other complexes do now days. They are pretty quick to get things fixed just have to speak to Monica. Btw She is the best. She knows what she is doing and can pretty much help you with any situation. I'm pretty sure she lives on the office on the weekdays lol. So all in all a few cons but a great place to live. oh and you can't beat the location. across the street from the remodeled pioneer park and you can walk to the light rail. which for the price of the rent is amazing.

Been here about 2 months now. The apartments on the inside are remodeled. The color scheme is beautiful there are a few things that werent new and they spray painted after finishings were on. This is minor stuff but if you pay attention to detail like me it might be annoying. A huge con is the showers are small. I'm 5'1 and the shower head touched the top of my head. So I have to face the shower head outward and have the water spray at me to wash my hair instead of fall on me. this is even worst for my son who is 5'7 he has to bend his head down to get the top of his head. The complex is clean has a little grass area with a ramada and baggies for your pets mess. It is also quiet with the exception of a few neighbors. Kids play outside together with out an complaints or fights which is is nice Another con is smoking is allowed on the premises. So when people smoke it comes straight in through the windows making my apartment stink and my kids cough. I do wish they would adapt to a smoke free complex like a lot of other complexes do now days. They are pretty quick to get things fixed just have to speak to Monica. Btw She is the best. She knows what she is doing and can pretty much help you with any situation. I'm pretty sure she lives on the office on the weekdays lol. Park village is genuinely a great environment! From the office staff, maintenance, and places around the apartments! Monica and Michelle have always made my experience *extremely* great and they are always there for me when I need assistance, have questions, and overall! Monica and Michelle have amazing customer service during every interaction! They are both effective and efficient. I definitely recommend these apartments if you are looking for your next place to call home. The park has events all of the time, almost every weekend, from food trucks to farmers markets, and most of all, they are pet friendly! 20/10 recommend!

Monica is AWESOME! I moved in to Park Village last year and I absolutely LOVE it here! The property is always clean, it's quiet and the staff is amazing. Every time I step in the office I'm always greeted by Monica with a big smile! I'm disgusted with some of the negative reviews i've read about this place because they are all LIES! Trust me i live here and love it. There are no bugs in my building, repair requests always get done that day. Monica is very honest and fair with everyone. I'm renewing my lease because of Monica and the staff!

This place was def a top contender EVEN tho it would have been a little hassle getting my daughter to and from school, plus the park across the street is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND NEWLY REMODELED! The staff is nice and pleasant. The maintenance guys are great. When all the floods happened and a lot of pools were closed the maintenance guys kept our pool sparkling at all times. The apartment is a nice comfortable size. The big park across the street is awesome. Nice place overall.

We have been here 2 years. I like the fact that we are close to newly redone park which my dog loves.the apt is nice and big. My only issues are there are few loud weird neighbors but Monica is a sweeheart and cleaning house. Maintaainance guys are sweet. I do have few things I think they forgot but a reminder they will get it done. All in all we have had a good experience here.

We are 8 home owners that have been trying to clean up our neighborhood for 17 months ,heroine has been the major issue with one known dealer in this apartment complex .We all were dealing with the other gentleman manager and he was renting to anyone. When Andrea Robidoux came in she cleaned up the RIFF RAFF in no time and really did what we had been working at for months. Thank you Andrea for everything!!!!!!

Great office manager. She's always been fun to go talk to and joke around with. She is still professional and very to the point. She helped us out when we needed a place to stay. The apartment we got was renovated and looked nice. She explained everything in the lease so there was no questions. Although if we had one we knew all we had to do was ask. My and my significant other have been happy in the apartment and things are great.

They allow people to live there with vouchers and the vouchers clearly state no live-ins but if your cool with Andrea she won't say anything or even put them on lease. Even let you not pay electric cause it's allocated to the other tenants
