I have been living with park village gor about a month now and i dont have any bad things yo say about the community . everyone is friendly .great staff and maintenance workers , great location . thanks monica in the office for all the help when i moved in

The staff at Park Village are absolutely amazing! Monica assisted me with the application process and made everything seemlessly easy! Also, Michelle helped to have the apartment ready for move in. I was provided excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Park Village apartments to be your next home! Thank you so much Monica and Michelle!

This place is great. The maintenance workers are fast. The pool is always clean. The grounds are kept nice. The manager is amiable. The townhouses are well sized. The complex is safe. This is an excellent place to live.

I love it here. I love that there a nice park a cross the street to take kid.

These apartment are a nice and quiet community mainly keep to your self and pay bills rougly on time been loving here since January. I cant say I have any complaints. Beautiful park across the street .Pioneer Park., considerate neighbors And the workers are just a delight I always enjoy talking to them so helpful and well established environment

I had been searching for an apartment for about a month. I came here and immediately Angel took care of me. Answered all of my questions even though some of them were a little much. She was so awesome, kind, easy to talk to, and straight forward. I wish there was an “Angel” at every apartment complex, because then the living environment would be a billion times better. She even helped me look up the light rail schedule and route for my daughters school! This place is newly renovated and it’s absolutely beautiful inside!! I did not sign the lease here even though I was approved because of how far it was from my daughters school in tempe and it wasn’t much closer to my job.... BUT, I almost signed anyways just because of how cool and sweet Angel was. This place was def a top contender EVEN tho it would have been a little hassle getting my daughter to and from school, plus the park across the street is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND NEWLY REMODELED! This is a must see apartment and ask for Angel she will NOT LET YOU DOWN!! Thanks Angel!!
