APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Mesa

I had been searching for an apartment for about a month. I came here and immediately Angel took care of me. Answered all of my questions even though some of them were a little much. She was so awesome, kind, easy to talk to, and straight forward. I wish there was an “Angel” at every apartment complex, because then the living environment would be a billion times better. She even helped me look up the light rail schedule and route for my daughters school! This place is newly renovated and it’s absolutely beautiful inside!! I did not sign the lease here even though I was approved because of how far it was from my daughters school in tempe and it wasn’t much closer to my job.... BUT, I almost signed anyways just because of how cool and sweet Angel was. This place was def a top contender EVEN tho it would have been a little hassle getting my daughter to and from school, plus the park across the street is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND NEWLY REMODELED! This is a must see apartment and ask for Angel she will NOT LET YOU DOWN!! Thanks Angel!!

My boyfriend and I really love living here! We moved in two months ago and can’t believe how lucky we are to have found this place. Our back patio and living room both have a beautiful view of Pioneer Park and the apartment property itself is relatively quiet. Our apartment is newly renovated with wood-inspired vinyl flooring in every room and brand new cabinets and appliances. We haven’t seen a single bug in our apartment and there isn’t anything we dislike about our home or the property. We’re super pleased with the maintenance team and I see security patrolling on foot every night. Monica and Brenda really went above and beyond to help us get into our new home fast without paying an arm and a leg and we couldn’t be happier. I also love that the light rail and historic downtown are within a short walking distance.
